It was the 60s when a boy who had started out in the construction sector carrying a jug to the bricklayers, decided to emigrate from Linares, province of Jaén (Andalusia), to the capital of Spain in search of a good future. When he arrived in Madrid, his first job was on a construction site in a convent in San Fernando de Henares. Over the years, after much work and suffering, he founded a company building single-family homes and rehabilitating facades and roofs, together with four other colleagues. Years went by and the boy who emigrated from his native Linares decided, due to life's circumstances, to go it alone and founded his own company. It was back in 2003, more than 20 years ago, when LINARES JAEN Construcciones S.L. was born. 

The current team that runs this company is the second family generation, with enormous enthusiasm and professionalism, taking care of every detail, offering high quality in all our work and meeting the expectations of our clients. These are the reasons that have brought us to this day, consolidated and with a long experience that supports us in the building rehabilitation sector.
